Meal Prepping is simply preparing some, or all of your meals ahead of time. It's like having those TV dinners that you would purchase from the store, except that you have them prepared yourself, with better, healthier and unprocessed ingredients. Meal prep can help you reach your weight goals and save money. Step 1. Purchase the amount of meals you'd like.Step 2. I will consult with you via email to understand your body goals and diet.Step 3. You will receive the customizable food menu (breakfast, lunch/dinner entree’s, smoothie prep) according to your body goals via email.Step 4. I will confirm your menu.Step 5. Pickup on Monday when your order is placed on Sunday before 9am.
